11/11

We will not forget.
As long as there are voices to raise an anthem,
hands to tie a yellow ribbon or pin a poppy...
As long as white crosses stand stark against a green hillside
or the Highway of Heroes carries home our dead...
We will not forget.

So very proud and thankful to be a Canadian.

Our home and native land!
True patriot love in all thy sons command.
With glowing hearts we see thee rise,
The True North strong and free!
From far and wide,
O Canada, we stand on guard for thee.
God keep our land glorious and free!
O Canada, we stand on guard for thee.
O Canada, we stand on guard for thee.

Ruler supreme, who hearest humble prayer,
Hold our Dominion in thy loving care;
Help us to find, O God, in thee
A lasting, rich reward,
As waiting for the better Day,
We ever stand on guard.
