My Favourite Things: Monday

Good morning!

This once a week posting is not really what I'd like, but at least I'm managing to schedule Monday's post! That's a start, at the very least!

This weekend a friend came to visit, so I decided it was probably high time to put away my winter wreath and pull out my beautiful summery one. As I hung it on our shiny new door for the first time, I knew what my favourite thing would be this week.

My friend Jennifer helped me design and make this wreath:
It used to be a bright spot of colour on our old brown door... it stands out even more wonderfully against the white door!
One of my favourite details on the wreath is the way she arranged a few strands of grass to loop over the flowers. I think it adds such a lovely depth.
